AMA International Collegiate Conference

"Undergraduate Marketing students attend this conference in efforts to learn from industry professionals about careers and cutting edge Marketing and Sales practices. AMA collegiate chapters attend this conference in order to celebrate their successes and learn "Best Practice" chapter management techniques, while students and AMA faculty advisors look to network with their peers.The AMA International Collegiate Conference can inspire you and give you the tools you need, to start your career as a young marketing professional."

SUNY OnMark's Regional Conference

SUNY OnMark hosts its own Regional Conference every fall. Every year we reach out to distinguished professionals. These professionals come from all different backgrounds in the business field looking to speak about business etiquette, how to prepare for life after college, as well as resume building and networking. We have speakers discuss the businesses they are a part of, while sharing their experiences that may be insightful with our general body and invited guests. Attendees are encouraged to interact with the speakers and ask questions or address concerns they may have.

Case Competition 2022-2023

A committee of ten highly motivated AMA members collaborated to submit an in depth marketing report for the purpose of expanding the reach of this years sponsor, The Wall Street Journal. The committee met twice a week to create a cohesive analysis and marketing plan for the sponsor. Over the course of several months, the participants engaged in extensive research and analytical analysis of a complex financial case. We received commendable acknowledgment for our efforts.

Case Competition 2021-2022

A committee of several AMA members collaborated to submit an in depth marketing report for the purpose of expanding the reach of this years sponsor, Amazon Prime. The committee met twice a week to create a cohesive analysis and marketing plan for the sponsor. Our chapter finished as a semi-finalist.

Case Competition 2019-2020

A committee of seven AMA members collaborated to submit an in depth marketing report for the purpose of expanding the reach of this years sponsor, Cotton Inc. The report included both the qualitative and quantitative data derived from survey of 384 respondents. The committee met twice a week to create a cohesive analysis and marketing plan for Cotton Incorporated, which took numerous hours to receive and perfect to be regarded as successful by the competition judges and to serve as an inspiration for future case competition in our chapter. Our final submission was recognized by the judges, who deemed our plan Commendable.
